A1 · About Yalkoneh Engineering

Building what nations need most.

Yalkoneh Engineering is a humanitarian project management company. It turns validated technology and proven partners into hospitals, farms, water systems and the infrastructure that connects them.

Its roots are in Yalkoneh Business Group, established in 2004 and today a Grade I contractor in Ethiopia, with a record across buildings, roads, bridges, water-well drilling, hydraulic structures and rapid-build construction in East and Central Africa. Yalkoneh Consulting & Engineering extends the group to the United Kingdom, and joint-venture agreements with Bridgelab and Rock & Waterscape International bring world-class engineering and design.

The science comes from the Jalisco Foundation of Mexico, which since 1996 has generated, validated and transferred technology for agriculture, aquaculture and forestry with partners including the University of Guadalajara. Together they bring health, food, water and ecological security to two strategic corridors, led by the flagship programme MedBeds HLT™.

Certification Standard

Demeter

The international biodynamic certification federation and the most demanding organic standard in the world. Jalisco agriculture is non-GMO and Demeter certified.

A4 · Our mission

To give nations the means to heal, feed and hydrate their people, by transferring validated, sustainable technology and building the institutions that carry it, from the first harvest to the first patient.

Vision

A world in which every nation can secure its own health, food, water and ecology, led by the innovation, systems and products pioneered in Jalisco.

Purpose of this portfolio

To present Yalkoneh Engineering’s flagship and humanitarian programmes for funding through a Phase I note facility of US$700M – US$1.2B.

Validate before scale

Every technology earns its place through documented pilots and independent review before capital scales it.

Natural by principle

Non-GMO agriculture to the Demeter biodynamic standard, with chemical-free methods wherever possible.

Communities first

Programmes are designed with and for the people they serve: farmers, patients, families.

Restore what sustains us

Oceans, rivers, forests and soils are treated as national infrastructure.

Transparent by design

Ring-fenced funds, milestone reporting and audited accounts.

Partnership over ownership

Proven partners deliver; Yalkoneh convenes, validates and governs.

A5 · Humanitarian Corridors

Two corridors. Four offices.

The initial humanitarian projects run along two corridors, each anchored by a base that hosts the flagship, the programmes and the partners who deliver them, coordinated from offices in London, Ethiopia, Antigua and Richmond, Virginia.

MEDBEDS

The programme that leads the portfolio, and the clearest expression of what Yalkoneh Engineering exists to do.

B1 · The flagship

A new standard for restorative wellness.

HLT™ (Healthy Life Technology) brings the MedBed, a premium, serviceable wellness-technology platform, into flagship centres where assessment, personalised programmes and restorative sessions meet in a single environment.

MedBeds HLT™ anchors the portfolio’s first two launch priorities, Medical Tourism and Health & Wellness. HLT is an operating business with documented commercial activity, so it enters the portfolio with a product, a platform and a disciplined, evidence-gated path to scale.

B3 · Product & serviceability

Engineered to be serviced. Built to last.

A MedBed fleet is only as valuable as its uptime. HLT pairs a premium client experience with an engineering discipline that makes every unit inspectable, serviceable and accountable. Tap the gold points to explore.

Premium experience01

Material choices, ergonomic design and refined finishes that build trust and long-term value in flagship markets.

Serviceability02

Modular access, replaceable subsystems and integrated diagnostics, designed for uptime, documented servicing and lifecycle support.

User controls03

Guided setup, access permissions, a configuration record and visible status, giving clarity to every operator.

Product passport04

Configuration, role, supply, warranty, service, rights and claims documented before product-forward release.

B4 · The operating model

The product is the anchor. The platform is the work around it.

HLT is organised as six lanes around a single product. They are validated in sequence, one test order rather than six assumed businesses, so each lane earns its capital with evidence before the next is released.

The flagship tests the operating model: location, demonstration protocol, service design and four-wall economics.

The commerce lane must prove the economic loop: qualified demand, contribution, fulfilment, cash conversion.

Data becomes an asset only after consent, privacy, attribution and claims governance.

B5 · Capital discipline

Capital released by evidence, not by assumption.

Staged capacity, not a single raise. Every gate has an owner, an artefact, a threshold and a decision: proceed, redesign, pause or stop.

1
Stage 1

Activate

Minimum capability to build the evidence base: product passport, entity & asset map, claims & rights registers, financial reconciliation, pilot design, reporting set-up.

2
Stage 2

Validate

A bounded commercial loop with measurement protocol and stop conditions: qualified demand, unit contribution, channel fit, service, cash conversion.

3
Stage 3

Replicate

Repeatability first, operating leverage second: economics, service quality and channel performance proven across sites.

4
Stage 4

B6 · Financial snapshot

An operating business, not a concept.

HLT enters the portfolio with roughly US$2 million of annual commercial throughput corroborated by bank records. Its investor feasibility model treats capital as staged programme capacity, released tier by tier against evidence.
